Engines of Innovation Best Practices Study Over 100 New Practices, Pilot Results Successful
Our team has completed the first phase of Best Practice collection and pilot implementation. We aimed at understanding exactly what processes and methods enabled innovation to be generated across organizational boundaries.
We found over 100 new best practices to build upon our existing foundation of several hundred practices in alliances, supply management, and outsourcing.
But before announcing the results, we wanted to test the practices in a number of industries and a variety of situations to be sure the practices worked. We are delighted with the results, and sure our clients will be too.
